Leaving Memphis

I will leave Memphis for the last time tomorrow. I'm really not sure when I'll come back, but it certainly won't be any time soon. Hopefully I'll have a job soon so I'll be able to stay in Japan for a long while. During my stay in Nashville I'll be getting rid of shit and preparing for Japan. It's gonna be hard cause now I really gotta get rid of stuff. I also have to do various chores for my mom. One being getting my grandpa's old computer up and running and then getting my mom's old computer up and running so we can sell it. It'll be a long, hard 2 weeks.

I've decided to pursue a career in teaching. I'm going to eventually get my masters and then a PhD. I want to teach Japanese/Asian history in university. I've decided to work in Japan for a few years to pay off my undergraduate degree debt. Also while working I will do research for a paper so I can have something published. After that is taken care of I want to enroll in another language study in Japan. After that I will go back to the United States to get my masters. While doing that I want to do another study abroad. Once graduating from my masters I will go for the big prize: the PhD. With any luck I'll have that shit taken care of in 10-15 years.
